The path to career advancement and recognition is changing and associations have a unique opportunity to be the cornerstone of the new educational landscape. Badges and microcredentials are a growing trend in education providing pathways to learning and professional development. By offering opportunities for members to educate themselves and show proven industry knowledge, associations are able to position themselves as knowledge experts in their field.

This presentation will explore how to integrate digital badges and microcredentials with an existing curricula, as well as how they can become the foundation for new professional development programs.
